Cycling is a great form of exercise. An aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. Your bike can take you to some beautiful parts of the countryside and it is great fun for the whole family.
To get the most of this popular hobby, you need to make sure that your bike and equipment is best suited to you.
Opened in March this year, Thame Cycles is a small independent business that provides the local community and surrounding villages with all their cycling needs. Offering both equipment and expert advice.
Situated in Station Yard, Thame, and with on site parking and easy access to the Phoenix Trail (part of the Sustrans National Cycle Network) you can easily access the shop via 4 wheels or 2.
The Covid-19 pandemic has seen a boom in people exercising outdoors and cycling in all its forms has proved increasingly popular.
For cycling enthusiasts and family riders alike, it is great news that Thame Cycles have ridden into town.
Owner Jeremy Crook has turned his passion into a business. On two wheels since he was 6-years-old, Jeremy knows all about bikes. At home on a mountain bike and especially on a road bike, Jeremy was a professional rider and has represented Great Britain in numerous competitions. He has also repaired and maintained bikes his entire life.
Bicycle repairs, maintenance and servicing are a core part of Thame Cycles. You can book your bike into their workshop to ensure smooth running and trouble free cycling for all types of bikes.
